The Declaration of Dissolution and Termination is modeled after the Declaration of Independence from which it derives its lawful power and authority. The purpose is the same. The purpose is to free the people from tyranny by formal declaration.

Declaration of Dissolution and Termination

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for the people to dissolve and terminate the political bands which have connected them to their government. They have a duty and the right to assume and reassert their supreme power over themselves and government. A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel the separation by means of Dissolution and Termination.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present government of the Unites States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, thwarting the will of the people and their ability to pursue life, liberty and happiness guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence. To this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

The present system of government is fundamentally flawed and responsible for numerous offenses against the people and the world at large. At its very core resides a resident fraud  and because of this fraud, almost every action and resolve put forth by the government is a mockery of Justice, Democracy, and the Pursuit of Happiness. The government of the United States is for sale to the highest bidder. That goes for its policies, both foreign and domestic can be bought by both foreign and domestic interests alike.

The present system of government is so corrupt and morally bankrupt, that it has legalized and sanctioned its own corruption. This travesty of justice takes the form of Lobbying politicians, and the numerous loop holes that government officials, and congress have fashioned together in order to pad the pockets of its members and its true masters, big business and banks. It also takes the form of campaign pledges and favors. Office holders, including the presidency, willfully ignore the constitution and adopt policies that usurp its authority, power and protections for the people.  The government has invaded the privacy of many citizens of the United States illegally, and has falsely legalized it by the patriot act, which is in direct conflict with the constitution. The government is responsible for illegally taping the phones of US citizens for more than 40 years. The same types of intrusions are being carried out on with the Internet, a situation that is even more dangerous to the rights and privacy of the people.

The present system government is not a government of the people nor is it by the people. It is a charade and a mockery of Democracy. The authority that the people vested in the government has been systematically delegated and surrendered to interest groups, big business, and most unfortunately the bankers . The people no longer have a government; the people are being ruled by their unruly servant, the government of the United States.

The present system of government is responsible for many unnecessary wars, fighting, and loss of American lives.

The present system of government has illegally forced the American people to endure wars against their will. Not only has it become a tyrant, it has become master. This situation cannot and must not stand, and should be remedied immediately by suspending all executive power of the government and transferring that power back to the people.

The present system of government has undermined the credibility of the American people by ignoring the rule of law when it pleases them, both nationally and internationally.

The present system of government has outsourced many of its most important duties to private owners both foreign and domestic. This is an act of high treason. The people gave government the power and authority to print and regulate money. Unfortunately, the government has sold out the people and outsourced this most important function to thieves and crooks (bankers). This one act alone is enough to abolish the government and start anew. The damage that this one act has done to the United States and its people is unforgivable. It has allowed the people to be raped and robbed maliciously over and over, and it goes on still today. The robbery goes on in the form of taxes, and paying unnecessary interest on money that belongs to the people of the United States. The rape also manifests itself in the form of economic downturns, which in some cases, are created artificially by the bankers, speculators, and manipulators to fleece the people of their property (money, farms, homes and businesses). The Federal Reserve  System is the biggest and most expensive fraud  that has ever been successfully executed and sustained against the people of the United States.  It has gone on for more than 80 years. That means every sitting president and congressman that didn't take measures to remedy this defect are themselves complicit to the crime.

The present system of government has fraudulently created a tax system to support the existence of its fraudulent banking system, the Federal Reserve . The tax system was created to make the American people pay to be robbed, over and over and over again. It still continues.  This is more than tyranny, it is high treason and the present system of government does not serve as protection for the people in this matter. It serves as protection to the perpetrators of this fraud . These perpetrators are the true masters of our present system of government.

The present system of government does not protect our soldiers. They are poorly led and misled, the same as the American people. They are often under prepared for their missions by the leadership. They are frequently, inadequately equipped and deployed to meet the task. The present system of government does not adequately take care of the needs of the soldiers when they come home. These needs include medical treatment, education, work and help in readjusting. Most of these problems stem from our political system. However, no excuse is good enough or sufficient. These things should not be allowed to happen, and more important, they should not be tolerated. The problem is that we the people have done more than tolerate it. We have done nothing. A nation that doesn't take care of its soldiers doesn't deserve to exist, and will most likely soon parish.

The present system of government is responsible for the accumulation of insurmountable debt, both foreign and domestic, that threatens the stability, cohesion and future of the union.

The present system of government is a failure at every responsibility that the people have made it responsible for.  It does not protect our borders, our ports, our food, health, treasure or security, which threatens the stability, cohesion and future of the union.

The present system of government is responsible for unacceptable levels of poverty  that threatens the stability, cohesion and future of the union.

The present system of government has allowed the Justice system to become a system of injustice and corruption  that threatens the stability, cohesion and future of the union.

The present system of government is responsible for the unacceptable disparities in the unequal treatment of minorities by law enforcement and the criminal justice system, which threatens the stability, cohesion and future of the union.

The present system of government is responsible for unacceptable levels of degradation and poisoning of the nation’s environment that threatens the stability, cohesion and future of the union and the world at large.

The present system of government is responsible for the unacceptable disparity in income between the rich and the rest of the country. The constant redistribution of wealth to the rich has brought our nation to a dangerous tipping point that threatens the stability, cohesion and future of the union.

The present system of government is responsible for inadequate healthcare and education for its citizens that threatens the stability, cohesion and future of the union.

Because the accumulation of these threats are apparent, they pose an imminent mortal danger to the preservation of the Union created by the people of the United States in 1776 to protect herself from enemies and threats both domestic and foreign. At every stage of these oppressions,
we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms, sometimes in outright disgust, anger, demonstrations, civil disobedience and protests. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.

We, therefore, the people's representatives of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, do in name and by authority of the good people of these United States, solemnly publish and declare that the power and responsibility of governing by the present government be withdrawn and relinquished back to the people of the United States of America to form a more perfect union.

Pursuant to the Declaration of Independence of the United States, the people invoke their right to alter and or abolish any form of government that is destructive of these ends: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

On this day _____________ by order of the people of these United States, The present system of government is herby restricted and confined under the rules that govern the Execution process of Dissolution and Termination.  The delegated powers from the people of the United States are now reverted back to the people. All branches of government are herby ordered to continue business and services as usual in adherence to the rules governing the Execution of Dissolution and Termination process.
