The Execution of Dissolution and Termination

Execution of Dissolution and Termination is the formal process of dissolving parts or all of the old government and then terminating the old government after the new government has been fully implemented.

1.    Petition process: First, we need to petition in every state for a vote on a Declaration to dissolve and terminate the present government.  The purpose of the petition is to see if enough people or interested in having an official vote. After a cumulative majority vote in all the states, delegates from all 50 states will have to agree on and ratify the declaration. The petition process is where the grass roots come in. It is time for every community activist/organization, every church, you name it, to get involved and organize the people to set up elections and vote for real change. Change by the people for the people.

2.    Transition process: Once a majority vote has been reached, the people will serve the present government with its walking papers (The Declaration of Dissolution and Termination). At this time, we will plan and start the sustainability and dissolution transition. Remember, we are not alone. The Scientist and Engineers will help guide us through this process. We have a multitude of technologies and choices to choose from. We don't have to endure a failing goverment because we done't think we have a choice.

3.    Rebuilding process: Continue sustainability and dissolution transition up to and after the termination process.

Going forward, having a formal process in place to remind our government that the people or supreme and will exercise their right to remove unruly governments is the ultimate deterrent and safeguard.
