It is time to go back to the drawing board to remake our democracy. We can no
longer pretend or be fooled into believing that everything is ok, we just need
to let the bad times pass. The bad times will keep on coming and they will get
much worse if we don't take serious action. That means it is time to dissolve
and then terminate our old government so we can build a better government for the
people, by the people and of the people.
“All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of
Happiness. That to secure these rights,
Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the
consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes
destructive of these ends, it is the Right of
the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new
Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing
its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their
Safety and Happiness…
it is their right, it is their duty, to
throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security”
(This comes from the Declaration of Independence)
So you see, it is not just our right, it is our duty to remake and or abolish
our government when the people feel it is necessary. The founding fathers
understood that over the passage of time, Democracies deteriorate as they succumb to corruption. The corruption of
greed, politics, ethics, money - you name it.

They made sure the people had one last ultimate trump card over or government
should the time come when the government no longer works to the satisfaction of
the people. If all failed they left us
with this one last option (I call it the nuclear option).
The problem is that the founding fathers didn't define a process for us to
exercise this right. It was left to us to define it for our selves and to carry
it out for ourselves.

Our government is not going to just hand control of the country back to the
people. We will have to make a formal demand to have control of our country
peacefully and methodically handed back to the people. Our government does not
own us, we own it. We are responsible for our government because we created it.
We will make that formal demand by declaration (A

Declaration of Dissolution and Termination
is A formal and legal Declaration of grievances prepared by the people of the
united states to be served to the Government of the Untied States. The
declaration is also a formal and legal order to the government of the united
states to cease and desist in accordance with instructions laid down by the
Execution of Dissolution and Termination.
Execution of Dissolution and Termination is the formal process of
dissolving parts or all of the old government and then terminating the old
government after the new government has been fully implemented.
